The project is located in the San Luis neighborhood, at Transversal 24  #57-19. It consists of 9 housing units with one, two, three and three bedrooms and study, each apartment with private covered parking.

The building will have all the technology to reduce the costs of administration and public services such as: Digital access control by fingerprint, access to parking lots by wireless remote control, all common areas will have programmable LED lights. The building will have a TV surveillance circuit via WIFI.
